David Beckham’s Business Empire

David Beckham won’t run out of cash in 2018. He pocketed a staggering £18.75 million from his business empire in 2017!

The 42-year-old retired footballer has banked the equivalent of £1.25 million a month over the past two years, from the commercialization of his “brand”.

And he already pocketed £10.2 million the previous year…bringing the take-home amount to £29 million!

Not bad for a retired footballer who seems to be making more money now than he did when he was playing.

3-Days Off…Lets Jet Around the World

What do the Manchester United players do when they get 3-days off after beating Chelsea 2-1?

They have money and therefore they travel.

Striker, Romelu Lukaku, who scored his side’s first goal against The Blues, decided to jet out to the US to watch the Brooklyn Nets in the NBA.

Jesse Lingard, who scored what turned out to be the winner after coming off the bench, is chilling out at a spa in Milan.

Also spending a few days in the same Italian city is Anthony Martial and his girlfriend, Melanie Da Cruz.

Victor Lindelof celebrated United’s impressive comeback win against Chelsea by whisking his stunning girlfriend away to Paris.

What a life these guys have…sigh…not going to lie…I am slightly jealous!

Like Father, Like Son

Former Chelsea forward Didier Drogba’s 17-year-old son, Isaac, has joined French Ligue 1 club Guingamp.

Isaac Drogba, who like his father, plays as a striker and has previously played for Chelsea’s academy.

He joins Guingamp 16 years after his father signed for the club in a £80,000 move from Le Mans.
Didier Drogba, who scored 24 goals in 50 appearances for Guingamp, posted on Instagram: “Couldn’t be more proud of you Isaac Drogba.”

Two of his former Chelsea team-mates were among those to reply.

Frank Lampard wrote: “Congratulations! I remember Isaac as the small polite boy! Now a man!”

And ex-Blues captain John Terry wrote: “Can’t believe how big he is mate, congratulations.”

Gareth Bale the Good Samaritan

Football star Gareth Bale has bought a £250,000 house for his future sister-in-law after her partner killed himself.

Bale, 28, and his bride-to-be Emma Rhys-Jones, have vowed to help after her sister Katie, 24, was left penniless by the tragedy.

Katie’s partner Alex Williams, 29, committed suicide after social services were called in over concerns about their two children.
